For a car, truck or SUV, describe the accident or body damage and any change in the way the vehicle or affected fittings operate. Mention an electric or hybrid powertrain and any modifications when calling.
Sprinter, Transit and ProMaster vans
Share the van model, roof height, wheelbase and equipment near the damage. Describe camper conversions, shelving, racks, partitions and graphics that need to be considered.
Fleets and business vehicles
Provide a unit number and separate damage record for each vehicle. Name the person approving work and share billing requirements and operating deadlines. Scheduling is confirmed for the individual job.
Smaller RVs, trailers and project vehicles
Call with dimensions and the requested body or paint work before planning transport. Large Class A motorhomes are outside this service scope. Classic or custom projects need a defined scope and confirmed availability.
